Scott joined Skoubye Nielson & Johansen in 2023. Scott is a trial lawyer specializing in business, real estate, construction defect, and has litigated trademark cases. He has litigated cases in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts. Scott also has experience with filing for and obtaining trademarks for small businesses. Prior to joining Skoubye Nielson & Johansen, Scott was employed as in-house counsel at Clearlink and as a trial attorney at McNeill Von Maack and Terry Jessop & Bitner. 

Education

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in political science and a minor in campaign management from the University of Utah and a Juris Doctorate degree from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark School of Law.
