Conrad is a member at Skoubye Nielson & Johansen, LLC. His practice focuses on business, construction, and real estate transactions and dispute resolution. His experience includes resolution of conflicts and disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation; negotiating and drafting agreements for construction projects, asset sales, business transfers, and real estate development; construction lien foreclosure litigation and Utah Residence Lien Recovery Fund claims; payment bond claims (both state and federal Miller Act); construction defect litigation; and condominium and PUD organizational document drafting and enforcement of CC&Rs. Conrad has represented owners, developers, general contractors, architects, engineers, subcontractors, fabricators, construction material suppliers, sureties, insurance companies, and other businesses. Conrad practiced law for five years at the law firm of Babcock Scott & Babcock. In 2003, he joined Skoubye, Nielson & Johansen, LLC.

Conrad enjoys getting out in the outdoors, be it running trails or mountain biking. He and his wife have five children.
