Professional Credentials

Tatiana joined Skoubye Nielson & Johansen in 2021. She focuses on general civil litigation matters, including family law, and disputes regarding contracts, real estate, guardianship, conservatorship, and probate/estate. Prior to joining this firm, Tatiana worked for a Utah County based law firm handling such civil litigation matters for nearly four (4) years. Additionally, while in law school, Tatiana took advantage of many hands-on internships and externships that provided real-world experience and practice in legal advocacy.

Education

Tatiana holds a Philosophy degree (and Music minor) from Brigham Young University, and a Juris Doctor degree from BYU’s J. Reuben Clark School of Law.  In Law School, she was selected to serve on the Executive Committee for the Law and Religion Symposium, served in the Criminal Justice and Women in Law clubs, and volunteered for the Utah County Family Justice Center and Nebo School District’s Truancy Diversion Program.

Tatiana is a member of the Utah State Bar and is admitted to practice in both state and federal court.

Personal

Tatiana grew up primarily in a mountain town of Southern California, and moved to Utah in 2006 to attend BYU. In her spare time, she enjoys music and the arts, event planning, performing improv comedy, being outdoors (hiking, skiing, etc.), and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
